Andrew Lineberger Builders, LLC is owned by Andrew Lineberger and wife, Maria Lineberger. Our business, like all great homes start with a strong foundation. You can expect honesty, integrity, quality workmanship and professionalism from your first consultation to the day you move in your home and beyond. We stand behind the homes we build and take pride in our craftsmanship and customer service. It is our goal to exceed the expectations and needs of each and every client through listening, careful planning, and open discussion. We have developed a strong team of skilled local craftsman to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.
Beginnings - Shortly after graduating South Point high school in 2001 Andrew obtained his Residential Contractors license and in 2004 obtained a real estate broker’s license in North Carolina. After working for a competing real estate brokerage, Andrew founded his own real estate sales firm, Realty Concepts, and continued buying, selling and remodeling homes in Belmont and Cramerton. In 2009 Andrew began building custom and speculative homes in Belmont and surrounding areas.
